Each year, the Graham County Fair partners with local non-profit clubs and organizations to provide food and concessions at the Fairgrounds. These concession booths are a beloved part of the Fair experience and serve thousands of visitors during the four-day event.
In 2026, we mark a milestone: 100 years of the Graham County Fair. Join us in "Celebrating a Century" of tradition, community, and fun — October 8–11, 2026.
For 2026, bids are being accepted for the North Concession and South Concession stands.
Bid Deadline: All bids must be delivered to the Graham County Board of Supervisors Office (921 Thatcher Blvd, Safford, AZ 85546) by Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, in the General Assembly Room of the Graham County General Services Building.

Awarded bidder must provide staffing, comply with Graham County Health Department requirements, and keep the booth open for all advertised hours. Deposits are refunded after the Fair if these conditions are met. Deposit is due in full no later than Friday, September 19, 2026, and payment in full is due no later than October 19, 2026.

North Concession has limited power availability (60 amps, with no 220-amp plugs in the building). Any needs beyond this require the operator to provide their own generator at their own expense. As with South Concession, all food safety and health standards must be met.
