How to enter

1. Review the Fair Book

   Before you begin, check the 2026 Graham County Fair Book for rules and requirements in each department.

2. Register Online

   Go to graham.fairwire.com and register as a new exhibitor through ShoWorks..

   • Everyone must register as a new exhibitor each year (information is not saved).

   • Online entries open August 28, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. (MST).

   • There will be no on-site registration at the Fair. No entries will be accepted on Monday — no exceptions.

   • In-person entry help for ages 50+ or those without internet access: September 22 from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. at the General Services Building, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 921 W. Thatcher Blvd., Safford, AZ.

3. Choose Your Department

   Select the department that matches your entry. Options include:

   • Livestock & Animals: Beef Cattle (Jr./Sr. & Open), Sheep, Swine, Goats, Rabbits, Exhibition Poultry, Pigeons, Commercial Poultry, Horse Show

   • Agriculture & Horticulture: Field Crops, Horticulture, Floriculture

   • Food & Home: Foods, Home Economics, Jr. Home Economics, 4-H Home Economics

   • Art & Creative: Art (Junior & Special Needs), Open Art, Photography, Hobbies & Crafts

   • Special Programs: Classroom Art Entries (teachers only), Rising Star Talent, Window Display Contest, Parade, Disc Golf, Corn Hole, Fair Games, 5K Race(Tip: Make sure you select the correct department—entries submitted under the wrong category cannot be judged.)

4. Meet the Deadlines

   • Classroom Art Entries (Dept. Y – teachers only): Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.

   • All Other Online Entries: Sunday, September 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (MST)
