Blue Ribbon Level - $6,500 and Up

This premier level of donation includes the following benefits:

• Banner at the main stage
• Logo placement on the Fair website and other Fair publications
• Fee waiver for 2 Outside booths, for all 4 days of the Fair
• Invitation for 10 guests to the Fair luncheon
• 150 complimentary employee passes
• Plaque of Appreciation
• Thank you ad on radio

Red Ribbon Level - $3,500 to $6,499

This level of donation includes:

• Banner at the venue
• Logo placement on the Fair website
• Fee waiver for 1 Outside or Inside booth, for all 4 days of the Fair
• Invitation for 5 guests to the Fair luncheon
• 50 complimentary employee passes
• Plaque of Appreciation
• Thank you ad on radio

White Ribbon Level - $1,500 to $3,499

This level of donation includes:

• Banner at the venue
• Fee waiver for 1 inside Sponsor Booth, for all 4 days of the Fair (outside booth if available)
• Invitation for 2 guests to the Fair luncheon
• 25 complimentary employee passes
• Certificate of Appreciation
• Thank you ad on radio

Local Hot Spots Brochure - $300

New this year, the Local Hot Spots Brochure is a fantastic opportunity to promote your business to out-of-town vendors and visitors. Benefits include:

• A dedicated spot in the "LOCAL HOT SPOTS" brochure
• Exposure to all event vendors
• Enhanced visibility and promotion within the local community

Game Sponsorship Opportunities

Grocery Grab & Carry - $600 (Monetary or Goods)

This event for children ages 3-6 will be held on Saturday of the fair. Kids will run to grab and keep as many food items as they can carry. Sponsors can provide either monetary support or goods (fruit, chips, soda, candy, etc.).

Diaper Derby - $350

This Saturday morning event features a $25 prize for the fastest baby, $10 for the runner-up, and $5 for the third-place crawler.

5K Desert Race - $600

Held Saturday morning, the first 15 entries receive t-shirts with the sponsor's logo. An event banner will also display the sponsor's name during the fair.

Three-legged Race - $500

Held on Saturday, ages 10 and above will compete in this fun race. Prizes for the winners.

Hydration Frozen T-shirt Competition - $700

Contestants will race to unfreeze a t-shirt and wear it. The first to do so wins a $25 cash prize. T-shirts feature the sponsor's logo and event details.

Sack Race - $350

For ages 4-9, contestants race in gunny sacks. The first to cross the finish line wins a prize. Held on Saturday.

Adults Corn Hole Tournament - $700

This Saturday event for ages 18 and above will feature 1st and 2nd place winners, both receiving prize money.
